CONTRACT

   Closed Joint Stock Company "Company", hereinafter referred to as the Company, in the person of ________________________ and "Company"
(or name), hereinafter referred to as partner in the person of _____________________ entered into this cooperation agreement.

1. PRINCIPLE OF CONTRACT

1.1 Joint thoroughbred breeding rats (ie, bald, without hair).

2. Obligations of partners

2.1. Partner agrees to purchase from the company the necessary equipment for the reproduction of rats - special cells.
2.2. Partner agrees to buy the company for at least 100 pedigreed rats (50 females and 50 males).
2.3. Partner agrees to grow, to look, to create the right conditions, feed and treat.
2.4. Partner shall at his expense: to feed, grow and provide medical assistance to the rats.

3. The Company's obligations

3.1. Company agrees to sell the necessary equipment for the reproduction of rats - special cells.
3.2. The company agreed to sell a minimum of 100 healthy rats for breeding (50 females and 50 males).
3.3. The Company undertakes partner provide all necessary information about the breeding of rats, growing and care.
 

4. Liability

4.1 The Company shall not be liable for the acts and omissions of a partner, because of which the rat can get sick, die. Partner is responsible before the law, which regulates livestock of the country in which the partner is growing animals.

5. Terms of buying

5.1. The company owes each month on the schedule, buy from a partner, at least 100 (50% of females and 50% males) healthy and live pups at the age of not less than one month, and the weight from 50 to 199grams.
5.2. Company is required to pay for each rat was 5 euros or in a currency that is valid in the partner country, the rate on that day.
5.3. The company itself is coming to a partner and buys rats.

6. Settlement procedure

6.1. Partner after the signing of the contract, within 3 working days required to pay 2,000 euros for 100 pedigreed rats and special cells.

7. Duration of the agreement and addresses

7.1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signing the contract.
7.2. This contract is in two copies, one for each side.
7.3. The contract is valid for one year from the date of signing.
7.4. In order to break the contract, both parties must give notice before, and give the reason.
